Food Vouchers
In the days following the loss of Hendrix, everyday tasks such as cooking or shopping felt impossible. Like many bereaved parents, meeting basic needs became overwhelming at a time of profound shock and grief. The kindness of friends, through meal deliveries and food vouchers, helped us survive those early days.
In response, we provide families with a one off food voucher (within the first 6 months of your loss) This may include meal delivery vouchers, supermarket vouchers, or support with arranging an online food shop. Ensuring families have one less thing to worry about during an incredibly difficult time.

Memory & Comfort
Keepsakes
We believe it is vitally important for families to treasure the precious memories they shared with their child. We partner with wonderful, trusted makers, Cherish by Carol and Sew Much Fun, who beautifully handcraft memory bears using your little one’s clothing. These handmade bears provide comfort and a tangible reminder of love, supporting families as they navigate their journey through grief.
We cover all the costs of having the bear made and posted out to you via recorded delivery, so there is absolutely no charge to your family. If you live locally, we can also hand-deliver your keepsake to you. The only cost to you is sending the clothing to our makers, but we would be happy to cover this cost for you if needed.
Once the clothing is received by our makers, you will generally receive your completed memory bear back within six weeks.
Emotional Support
Counselling/therapy
When the time is right, bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents should have access to specialist, compassionate and affordable bereavement support. We work in partnership with a network of qualified counsellors and therapists who share our passion for supporting families after the loss of a child. This ensures parents, siblings and grandparents can access the right emotional support at the right time.
All counsellors we work with are carefully approved by us and provided through the Charity. Based on your needs, we will carefully select an appropriate counsellor for you and your family.
Guidance Through Difficult Decisions
We provide sensitive guidance and practical support to parents facing the many difficult decisions that follow the death of a child. Our team can offer advice and assistance with Funeral planning and arrangements
Memory Tree
Our Memory Tree is a special place to honour your child and keep their memory shining brightly. You are warmly invited to share your child’s name, a favourite memory, a message from your heart, and a photo if you wish.
Every name shared here is deeply valued. By adding your child to our wall, you help create a space filled with love, remembrance, and connection. Reminding other families that they are never alone.
